Could it still be my gallbladder?

I have all the symptoms of gallbladder disease but I never get nauseated or vomit what else could it be?

What are the symptoms that you are experiencing? Please be more specific.

I never threw up either...could still be your gallbladder...
got pain on your right side, under or through your ribcage, feels like someones put a lance clear through you ???
Can't eat greasy food ??? (gas, pain or not....)
See a Dr and have the tests...only way to know for sure...not everyone has gall stones...mine just quit working...no stones.

you may have a sluggish gallbladder causing symptoms. The same symptoms may also be the result of a ulcer or gastric reflux. Try limiting the amount of fatty fried foods , smaller meals and do not lay down for at least 60 minutes after eating.

i'm a surgical intern.
if you know you have gallbladder disease, whether it be stones or just chronic gallbladder disease, you should have it removed. gallbladders are not like the liver and cannot be 'fixed' on its own. it is not self healing.
most surgeons perform this operation laparoscopically using four incisions and cutting recovery time in half. there really is no negative side to doing it.
most of the gallbladder patients i see fit the text book scenairo.. pain in the right upper quadrant below the right breast bone, pain radiating to the right shoulder, and sharp pain after meals which may or may not include nausea or vomitting. you do not have to display all signs of this diseas to be diagnoised.

the best thing to do is to have an emptying study of your gallbladder, then an ultrasound of your abdomen, and a CT scan while you're at it.

the thing is.. you're displaying most of the signs of gallbladder disease.. don't try and convince yourself that you don't have it. it's better to start canceling things out.

best of luck~
