Gallbladder ds is very manageable. Simply cut down on the fatty intake. Read labels. For the average 2000 cal diet the daily fat intake should be about 20 or less saturated fat. If your gallbladder is kicking - cut back on the fats. Sometimes when the situation calls for you to eat that Fried Chicken, you have to think... it's worth it. You will learn your tolerances.

Greasy foods can really aggravate your gall bladder.

The gallbladder shoots bile into the digestive tract to help break down fat- which is more complex than carbs or protein. Avoid especially fatty food, and oversized portions.
If you eat say, a big bowl of ice cream, you might feel a jabbin pain in your lower right quadrant..that's your gallbadder..you can always have it yanked.

try to avoid fatty and grasy food. If you ate these kind of food like fried chicken, donuts, cookies, which are high in trans fat, it would make your disease worse. Because you don't want to stimulate your gallbladder by eating these kind of high concentarted sweet foods, what you can eat is bread, pasta, rice, beans, green leafy vegetables, and take supplements of A, D, E and k.

AVOID EATING FATTY AND GREASY FOOD.
