I'm confused.. I don't know what to do!?

A little more than a month ago I was diagnosed with a UTI and a kidney infection. 4 antibiotics and several doctors later I'm fine. Nothing abnormal in sonograms, blood work or urine. However I'm still having low back pain and upper right abdominal pain. I saw a urologist today who believes that I may have gallbladder disease. (The more I've researched, the more I think I may have it) The dr. wants me to get it checked out however I have to go back to college on Friday and won't be back until March and only for a week. The pain is not improving and I cannot deal with it any longer. How long can I go without going to a Dr, is the gallbladder something that needs fast medical attention? How would they test it? A sonogram? Won't that only detect if I have gallstones? I鈥檓 very confused as to what I should do. I don鈥檛 really want to miss any school to go to the doctors, but I don鈥檛 want to have to deal with this pain anymore. What should I do???

Seriously though, don't rock your boat you in regarding education while you are looking after your own health. Deal with one thing at a time. Address your health at your first step and allow arrangements be made for your continuing education.

There are plenty of options to you for people who may not have the time due to illness. In other words, find and learn at your own pace.

Consider this that children (pick any age) with cancer miss out their classrooms while doing their chemothearpy treatment. There are tutors who offer assistance to help to keep up what is already been done in the classroom.

So check out with your education place, advise them your situtation and see you can get an exception for additional time and materials to continue at home or in hospital. Also ask for a tutor to assist you with one you have trouble

(if money becomes an issue for education, ask the social security for assistance)

Where there is a way, there is hope in what you wanted to do.

Your galbladder could rupture and you would need emergancy surgery

It's a bacterial infection in the gall bladder, sorry... but the bad news is that they will remove it through surgery.

The good news is that I know of nutritional supplementation to help the body cleanse and to work on that infection.

Ask me when you feel you are ready.

Way too long....sorry.

Go to the doctor. Nothin is more important than your health. Not even school.

Your health comes first.... maybe there is a urologist near college that you can be referred to. Talk to your teachers, explain the situation, see if they'll give you an extention.

the longer you let it go, the worse it will get...if you go now,it might not be so bad...if you let it go, it will probably be harder to treat...you don't want to cause serious permanent damage...treatment at this stage may be mild...good luck!!!

I'm sorry you still have the same medical
problem yo have posted before.
I think you should go and fix the problem and
get over with because you'll not be able to tolerate it,believe me I know and it's very easy to do it those days.
