My flatmate says it could be a symptoms of gallbladder disease. My diet is usually meat and less fruits and veggie, could it be the reaon of this abdominal pain. Am I in danger of having a gallbladder diesease?

Several diseases can cause pain after you eat, including stomach problems, which is not far away, and pancreas problems are also very painful . Go to see a doc, Good luck.

You should see a doctor. The best thing you will get here are guesses.

Are you bloating? Do you constipate? Do you have acne anywhere on your body? It gets personal.. & The info you've provided isn't sufficient but nonetheless I second the previous answer. You should go see a doctor. Even tho, whatever the reason might be for this, I'm sure he'll ask you to change your diet. Here is something you can do on your own, before going to the doctor. You may be able to pinpoint your problem on your own. What you can do, and it's a tough call, you can devout your whole day [like tomorrow perhaps] to eating nothing but fruit, vegetables and alot of fibre. You'll have to drink lots too, perhaps not just water, but say fresh juices, fruit juices, lime juice, etc. If these aren't available then water will have to do. Drink a minimum of two glasses water when you wake up. Eat fruit and plain yogurt for breakfast. Don't snack in between meals, instead drink water whenever you feel hungry. Then for lunch eat cabbage salad [the ingredients could be whatever, but cabbage MUST be in a large quantity]. Drink a glass of fruit juice with it. For dinner, eat FISH, not chicken or meat. Eat fish with some side dish of vegie [whatever you like]. Drink a glass of juice. Try drinking as much water as you can. Also instead of coffee, consume green or herbal tea. Now what this will do, is it will boost your metabolism. IF you eat only cabbage for lunch, it will definitely help you more.

The reason i've suggested this is because you MAY need to cleanse your bowels. What you have written up there, my sister experienced that, and she went to the doctor, who told her she had alot of 'waste' in her body, meaning alot of stool in her intestines and it wouldn't come out. This plays an important role in your metabolism, see when you have feces piling up, your intestines dont work as well as they should. Anyway, so if you eat only fruit and veggies and drink lots of water, it will help some extent. And if you do suffer from chronic constipation then the doctor will eaither give you a laxative or some detox medicine to help you clear the waste.

You know you don't have to go for a massive like a revolutionary diet, you can start gradually. Start by drinking as much water as you can per day. Then set a goal, tell yourself you can drink more than 6 glasses per day, then do it. Gradually increase the intake to 8 glasses. You SHOULD NOT worry about peeing lol, because thats what kept me from drinking 8 glasses at first, but I'm now used to it. Anyway, apart from water, try eating fruits. It doesn't have to be apples or bananas. Eat whatever you like, try eating grapes or watermelon, or mangoes, or oranges. Again gradually increase the intake. If you don't like plain fruit, try making a fruit salad, and add some fresh yogurt to it, it makes a wonderful delight and can be consumed as a dessert or a snack anytime. You can also add other ingredients, perhaps nuts etc. As for vegetables, now thats hard. But not impossible. Try having a veggie side dish. Start with vegetable you like. Some may like potatoes, peas or carrots. Spinach even. Just boil the veggie in salted water, and eat with your meat or chicken. Then again gradually increase the intake.

But you shouldn't have to look at it as some kind of 'diet'. You're just trying to eat healthy. Good luck :)

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It could also be due indigestion or some hormonal imbalance. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
