If you get sudden cramps or pains in your abdomen should you be scared? |
Yesterday as i was doing exercise i got pain in my upper abs.. I've had pain there before and even got extensive tests for gallbladder disease and they say i'm normal. 26 male. when i have pains, should i just forget it and move on? i feel like i'm damaged somewhere and i shouldn't be doing exercise or anything because i could get worse dont keep on going on find a trainner because u might have over extended the muscle. i did that in track once |
