Is it a good idea to do ABDOMINAL workout when history of upper ab pain ....? |
which resembles Gallbladder disease, but i already went to get checked for that and it turned i don't have gallstones. I got checked this year in march...because i got some extreme pain that lasted a few days., well i changed my diet a bit like NO milk, and no junk. now i eat better. And it kind of went away, cause i feel better. But i still have slight pain there ON and off , i don't know why.. and drs didn't know why either. But is it wise to do crunches and abdominal exercises? if the doctor says yes, then you are good to go, if he says no, then better not. better be careful. This is definitely a question for your doctor. I think it would be ok, as long as you don't have any abscesses or anything that could rupture, and if you are doing crunches and you feel any pain at all besides the slight pain that you already experience STOP. But please be safe and ask your doctor because you haven't given us enough of your medical history in order to answer this question safely. |
