My right upper abdomen, moves on it's own.. i can see it move??

I get like involuntary muscle spasms..and it's so visible, i see that point in the stomach moving. What can it be? Back in about February i had some hard pain there... and i was checked for Gallbladder disease but they say i didn' thave it. So what can this be?
