Use GHB (gammahydroxybutryl) at night before bed. It'll put you into a deep sleep for longer than you normally would - which means more recovery time for muscles, etcetera. The more time your body spends recovering, the bigger your muscles can get.

As I'm sure you already know, the muscles do NOT grow during exercise, but during recovery...

I dont think you can, its used a date rape drug that knocks people out so surely that is the polar opposite of what a steroid would do.

its also used for recreation in smaller doses, although even then it's a 'downer' not an 'upper'
