What are the worst effects of GERD? Are there any stages involved in it? |
My husband has GERD. He complains of Heart Burns all the time. He was a big drinker once now he has cut down his drinks to thrice a week. He is 30 year old. I am scared that he might not develop something that could be very dangerous for his health. He sometimes eat spicy food. What can I do at home to make his GERD better. He passes stool almost after every meal (sometimes his stool is very loose). I am scared to death beacuse he is only 30 and he has this problem since almost 7-8 or may be more years. He went to a doctor around 4-5 years ago but doctor did not mention anything serious at that time. Does GERD get worse with time. Please help me as I am not sure what to do. Thanks. Sorry pppmntgrl. GERD can lead to esophageal cancer! |
