Does oil of oregano really cure fungal infections, like athlete's foot? |
I heard about oil of oregano at a health food store, and I read the book about it by Dr. Cass Ingram, but I'm not sure if it's a gimmick you MUST GET THE OIL OF OREGANO THAT IS WILD MEDITERRANEAN OREGANO - NOT the kind used in cooking. Go to whole foods. Oregamax is the best one and it's worth the money. The stuff is amazing, works for LOTS of ailments. I use it. However for toenails you should use something especially for that like ReclearAF Antimicrobial Nail Solution. What specific kind of infection are we taking about? yes it true and then when you boil its it also a medicine flor cold and coughing. if you want a cheap prevenative for athlete's foot ... pee on your feet in the shower. Sounds nasty, but it does work. I'm not sure about oil of oregano, but I know that tea tree oil is good for infections. Also for athlete's foot, is soaking feet in 1/2 water, 1/2 vineager. Keeping toes clean and dry (use a blow dryer if you have to) and using anti-fungal foot powder. i bought some stuff from the body shop ask an assisent thell give you somthing it sorted it out nearly straight away Lady Jena got i right old military way did it many times while in Viet Nam jungles yeah gross but its you own |
