Fungal infection on my breast, best cure?

I was diagnosed with a fungal infection on my breast last december. And i got a prescription for econazole. It started getting better after like a month of usage but then it got worse afterwards. The infection isnt under, or in between my breasts, as I dont have very large breasts. It's just right on my breast. What's the best cure for this?..
