Yes and No...
If you have diabetes type 1, your blood sugar is always high, and some of the excess sugar is secreted through your sweat and other secretions (vaginal secretions). B/c of the sugar, moisture, and darkness, fungal infections are often common.
However if you ever notice a change in the color of discharge or an odor... you should still check with your doctor, as this might be another issue...
This has nothing to do with how much yogurt you take... or how much water you drink... unfortunately it has to do with your body secreting sugar through your sweat.

Also you will notice that you are bitten by more mosquitos in the summer... they're attracted to the sugar in your blood...

yes increaseing yor water intake helps also.

If you could learn to speak and write English correctly, along with the use of proper grammar, perhaps I could understand the question since I am insulin dependant.
While I have never baked a loaf of bread in a 'snatch' I have had oral yeast infections due to certain antibiotics.
The answer is YES the Dr. isnn't lying!
Now, go take some basic English courses.

The problem you describe is not uncommon but there are ways that you could help yourself from a dietary way. Yeast infections can be brought under control by controlling your sugars, eating non fat yogurt without various sugars added. A good one is Stonyfield and another is Fage (a greek yogurt not readily available). You might want to go to the health food store to pick up an acidophilus supplement which promotes good bacteria. Check with a gynecologist to make sure everything else is normal and to get the doctor's suggestion on other ways to handle this problem.

Not every vaginal infection is a fungal infection. Yes diabetics tend to have a higher occurance of yeast because of the sugar problem (especially if your blood sugar is high) but you can have a STD or non STD infection that the fungal medication will not take care of..if you have a bad infection you should get an exam and a proper diagnosis.
