Which disease sarcoidosis; primary sjogren's syndrome; lung fungal infection ? |
I have dry eye,Dry mouth,dry nose,muscle pain, Joint pain, diabeties type-II, hypothyroidism. So doctor checked ANA- positive, ds-DNA- negative, SSA&SSB-negative, HIV-negative, aTPO-highly positive ,lip biopsy - no sign of sjogren syndrome, chest X-ray as well as HRCT Scan- showing same shadow, So doctor planned broncoscpoy & in that found fungal infection. Now doctor prescribe me itraconazole 200mg bid,& now started prednisone 30 mg/day. why don't you ask your doctor webmd.com |
