Frostbite!?

I went outside to shovel the walk for about 15 minutes. after about 10, my hands started to get really cold so i came in. i ran them under warm water. now my finger tips feel and look really fat/swollen. whats going on? are they okay?

They're just fine. The first sign of frostbite is when your fingers/toes turn white and then black. It's pretty sick. Don't worry, hun! =)
