Can mild frostbite do bad damage if done frequently? and how would you treat it?

frostbite is mostly on arms and legs.

There's no such thing as a "mild" frost bite.

Don't take it lightly, it can lead to severe infection or gangrene (infection in which the tissue literally "decays").

Hope u take care. Bye.

Well, I know even mild frostbite makes you more susceptible the second time around... so you'll need a lot less exposure to get in serious trouble. I imagine it only escalates the more the frostbite is repeated.

I had frostbite once. The tips of a couple of my toes eventually turned black. They did heal on their own. I have not had any frostbite since.
