Close to getting a frostbite? |
today i was playing outside in the snow after school for about 2 hours and my body wasnt cold but only my feet were.. they were like frozen and hurt and i can barely move and i felt my toes like sticking together.. :| i was wearing boots but they were really thin so i dont think it really protected my feet..when i got home i took a warm shower and it felt like it was burning or something and under my toenails i could see it turning a little purple (just like how our lips turn when were cold) and after the shower my feet wernt cold.. but they HURT from the cold and they started to have this unexplainable itch... i was worried i would of gotten a frostbite. i walk home everyday so are there any ways to prevent frostbites? Try to do more to protect your feet if you are going to be out in the cold for any length of time. more valuable than you thought ! take care when your in the cold or any where .you should go inside often to get out of the cold ! |
