How to heal minor frostbite? |
I was icing my lower back last week and got a little frostbite. Its a small raised bump that itches and wont stop. I did the same think to my foot. And im wondering if theres anything i can do to make it heal properly? I really don't want a scar so any help is cool. soak it in warm water not hot warm dont touch or scratch it you damaged enough tissues already warm water... maybe some Epsom salt. I have watched on different Nat Geo shows where some forms of mild frost bite can be reversed with warm water compresses. Soak in a bath with warm, not hot water. |
