Help for day after frostbite/nip?

I recently went snowboarding and was wearing much too thin cotton gloves. the snow/ice seeped in and my fingertips are now super-sensistive to any pressure (resulting in discomfort) and some are starting to blister? any methods to speed up the healing process or provide some relief?!?!?

To treat minor frostbite.....If blisters appear, apply an antibacterial ointment and a loose, sterile dressing.

Analgesics reduce pain without affecting other sensations. This class of drugs includes over-the-counter drugs such as aspirin, and paracetamol. They work by blocking pain receptors in the brain

hopethis might help
