Is thier relief for past, frostbite hand pain ? |
i'm about to turn 56, and the last 3 years i have been feeling the pain in my right hand arm & fingers from a time, 20 some years ago when i developed ridgidness and pain from exposure, to my hand, during a snowstorm. it is always ecacerbated every winter, or even slight cooling. is there a way to increase circulation, for this long ago mishap ?.
