Exercises i can do with STRESS FRACTURES?


i have stress fractures and i need to do cardio!!!!!!!!!!! i have to do somthing other than lifting while my leg heals ( i cant swim) what can i do thats cardio???????

Using an elliptical is the best work out you can do with an injury. I don't know if you play a sport, but any injured runner for example is always put on an elliptical. Just make sure you use it a resistance higher than 1, or the lowest level. Make sure you're doing some sort of no impact activity. If you have a gym membership, try yoga, pilates, or something like that. But above all: ELLIPTICAL!
