Is it malpractice to put a patient with fractures of T11 T12 (20%) in a cruciform brace as only treatment? |
Fractures have healed & I've had severe neuropathic type pain-stabbing, hot, electric jolts in mid-back that wrap 1/2 way around ribs for 2yrs - from the date of the break. Last week I saw a Neurologist who, upon looking at my MRI and bone scan, declared there was nothing she could do to help me, but said that if it had just happened or if I was within the first 8 weeks I could be pain free and 1.5 inches taller in no longer than it takes to get a filling at the dentist. Contact an attorney. You are asking a legal question and the real lawyers don't hang out here much. Just the cyber-wanna-be's You need to see another Pain Dr. I have been down the road of finding Pain management for 4 yrs due to my illness which has pain alot. You can t just sit there and suffer . see another Dr. |
