Can anyone tell me what occult sacral fractures are?

I fell on my butt Mri says I have occult fractures of the sacrum can anyone tell me what that means Ins Dr giving me run around. Thank You

Translation from medicalese:
"occult" = hidden
"sacrum" = the lower vertebrae of your spine (tail bone/lower back)
"fracture" = broken bone

Meaning, they found some evidence of a fracture in one of the bones in your sacrum that didn't show up on the x-ray. This is probably a hairline fracture or chipped bone, but limit physical activity for about a month until it heals.
