Do stress fractures hurt all the time or only during activities? |
i've been running for a few months now on a regular basis. just recently I've been having pain on the top f my foot about 1 1/2 inches from my ankle. It only hurts when I really push myself. within a couple of days of rest the pain subsides... could it be a stress fracture or something with the tendons/ligaments? Have just got over a stress fracture in my foot. Sometimes I could walk well enough by tilting the foot to the side. but the pain was there. Get it seen to before it becomes a fracture. Couple weeks in a boot you will be fine. Put ice on it also. |
