Are shin splints and stress fractures connected? |
does one cause the other, or what? i know what they are...i've had both of them....but can one lead to another? No, shin splints are usually caused by walking or running on haed sufaces like concrete or pavement. Fractures are caused by an accident or stress on a bone. It is a break. Splints are not a break. |
