yes and more - i just hope you are not expereincing begining signs of physcosis . Is there anyway you can get counseling?

Life can really deal you a hard turn - you must learn to love yourself and put your past in another compartment and learn to depend on yourself and know you are strong and don't have to follow in your fathers foot steps

I'm no medical expert, but certainly a lot of those symptoms can be related to depression. Talk to a doctor about it, sounds like you've been through a rough time and would benefit from a professional listening ear. Just recently Medicare rules changed so that you can receive counselling under Medicare, so it is a lot more affordable than it used to be. And there is no shame in acknowledging you're a human and sometimes we can't cope with bottling all our problems up inside; get some help.

It sounds like you have panic disorder in conjuction with post traumatic stress disorder. There are medications that can help to control your symptoms, and cognitive techniques to help you cope as well. I suggest you see a therapist to work out some of your anger and regain control of your life. You are not alone.

if this is true i feel for you my friend.is there anyone you can talk to about this...please get yourself some help, you can not deal with this on your own.none of this is your fault, you were a child.please go see someone.
i pray for you,try to be kind to yourself

With what you mentioned I might guess yes to all. I'm a former youth in care and have had extensive counselling. What might have helped me @ your age a group with people my own age. Where you can relate with others going through similar challenges. What helped me in life; had to cut out about 20 people from my life. People that were emotionally draining. Sounds like you need to start with dad.

Not being a doctor prevents me from giving any advice except the links below and to tell you
SEE PROFESSIONAL HELP.... ASAP
Good Luck!
