can you have a year long panic attack?

Wow, It sounds like you've really been suffering from this!!!

No, you're not dying, you probably feel like you are from the symptoms you listed though.

Now, both from my education in the Behavioral Studies field, and Personal experience with some of the symptoms and thoughts you listed, you are probably dealing with VERY BAD ANXIETY symptoms and possibly Panic attacks.

Help for this can come from many sources:

1. A Psychologist
2. A Psychiatrist
3. A Therapist or Counselor
4. Your Primary Care Doctor (a GP Physician)
5. Support Groups
6. Spirituality
7. Herbal Supplements

Personally, I'd start with trying to get an appointment with a Psychologist through a referall from your regular Doc. If you don't have a regular Doc, look for lists of Practioners in your area, on the Web. A Psychologist cannot prescribe medication, but, you MAY be able to work through this in specifically tailored therapy, without medication. If you chose this route and it didn't seem to be helping, then I'd get to a Pyschiatrist or Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant specializing in Psychiatry. They can prescribe medication that OFTEN helps with severe cases of Anxiety and Panic Disorders. Some people end up doing both at the same time (seeing a Psychologist or Counselor/Therapist, and a Psychiatrist at the same time).

Please remember, I'm NOT A PROFESSIONAL, so all I ask, is that you use my "answer" as a guide, and rely on Health Care Professionals to get you the treatment that will help you most.

Most importantly, I wouldn't keep trying to deal with this on my own. I'd ask for help as soon as possible (which you've done by posting this question, now follow through). I didn't when I was your age, and it got worse, before it got better. I really needed the help I ended up getting. So, be good to yourself, you deserve it, ask for help!

You're Welcome! Report It

no its not but better to contact doctor

Could it be you are having panic attacks?

visit a doctor immediately.. you have a serious condition...

Stop using LSD.

i don't think your having a heart attack or have a brain tumor,it's no wonder that you might expect the worse though,i can certainly see why you might .Anxiety is a very real ,very uncomfortable condition and at your age ,you should see your doc and explain your symptoms to him or her and just try to relax, take walks ,deep breaths, but you really need to see a health professional and maybe they can prescribe something to help you calm down some,i really believe your suffering from anxiety, good luck to you!!!!

Hey man, you are not dying!!!! If you feed your body with proper nourishment on a timely basis and if you stop suffering from deep depression by thinking and doing positive things, you will recover back to normal. Don't think of dying..Your life is precious. If I were an angel, I would fly to you there and show you how beautiful this world is. Look at the flowers, trees, birds, mountains, skies, horizons, human beings and YOU ...Hoping you pray to a God for strength and guidance. Start to do productive activities. Don't ever give up hoping for the best .Strive to live a decent and healthy life. You have all the chances to reap good harvests from Mother Earth and enjoy life till you reach to old age. Don't feed your mind with negative thoughts or feelings. Be positive . Be happy. Reset your mind now. See a doctor.
