Help please?????????????

my friend's mom is trying to kill herself and has gone to the mental hospital sometimes
she and her family have to go vistt pychiratists daily and she and her sister might be sent to foster care..what do i do?
how do i help her?

my friend has also told me that she tried to kil herself, 2
and i tell her its not worth it
but i can tell that her life is hell and she is trying to kill herself

Praying is a worthwhile option but be careful to pray to your own God. imagine the most loving, forgiving, caring, patient, headstrong and determined person you can and ask for their help. but beware cults like Jehovahs, Catholics, born agains etc. I don't codemn them but they have many pitfalls (they all believe they are divine yet few show any signs of it). If possible ask the mother to get an allergy test...be aware of her environment, diet etc. You'd be suprised how something as simple as dairy milk or sugar can affect a fragile mind.
If she is in the mental health system she ironically has less freedom/control. Psychiatric drugs are an abomination, mental hospitals break almost half of all the human rights a person is due under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Doctors will dispute this but they're making a fortune and are in reality above reproach.
If possible encourage her/the family to try to be physically active get plenty of fresh air, sun, fresh food etc. If anyone reading this thinks it is soppy fantasy ...you have no idea.... I was sectioned and abused by a mental hospital. My family and ex-partner tried to keep me locked up and take my child. By sheer determination I kept my sanity (just about)I smuggled a letter out via a brother and took legal action. Ten years later I still live with my child as a single parent I have nothing to do with my family, ex-partner. I went to college and got a third level qualification and am in a well paid professional job.

Be careful not to get too involved, sometimes people aren't even honest with themselves. It takes a lot of courage to face and forgive yourself sometimes so be careful not to get drawn into what maybe someones false reality. If the person is unable/unwilling to face reality no-one else can do it for them.

I am tormented by thoughts of suicide as there's just about no-one I trust and life is misery quite often. I stay active, eat well and believe in the 5th commandment:thou shall not kill, myself or any living thing (I'm now fruitarian/grains and seeds included).

I've been living with a broken heart for the last 19 years but I refuse to believe it wont mend. aim to be that strong, patient, caring, forgiving (to those who seek forgiveness-I believe you can't forgive someone who doesn't want it) god made us in his image and I believe we will have him in our hearts again sooner or later just like children DO. peace with a passion.

You can't really do anything, except give her your support and friendship....

TELL HER TO STUDY WITH JEHOVAH'S WITNESSESS, AND PROBLEM SOLVED....

pray and ask for your parents to adopt your friend

Would your family be willing to take her in?

Pray really hard to the Lord Jesus

ask your parents (if they are finically stable) to take them in

give her all the support she needs
say a pray for her
do not tell anyone else about this
tell her every thing will turn out ok
just show her ur there if she needs 2 talk
and show her ur a great friend

Do they not have any relatives who can take them in.That is so sad.I feel sorry for the kids and their mom and you since this burden has affected you also.There is really not a lot you can do,If they do have to go to foster homes try to see if you can continue to be their friends and visit if possible or write.Pray for them and their Mom

mompoo is right. Be there for her as much as you can. Listen to her and support her. This is a horrible thing that your friend has to endure and it takes a very true and strong friend to stand by and help. Please ask your Mom what you can do to help. Hopefully she can stand by both of you. Stay strong and good luck.

The best thing is to pray for her. God is totally in control of the situation even though it might not seem like it at the time. Another thing is to just be there for your friend for support through this and know that it will all work out the way God intends it to!!!
