Do you ever feel like you have taken on to much and how do you cope?

I feel overwhelmed and I dont know how to get on with life. I have a day care out of my home. Kids from 6:30AM to 10PM all day everyday weekends too. And I have 4 rabbits and now 4 dogs. 2 dogs are full grown and two days ago i got two seven week old puppies who are ten pounds each and growing like crazy. They have learnt how to get out of the potty pen outside and try to take the stirs upstairs. And have to potty almost every hour sometimes everyt wo hours even through the night. And now I found out one of the children i babysit who is a foster placement needs to be given up due to the mother unable to take care of him (she had surgery, lost her job, ect) and she is goig to find out if there is any way I can adopt him (I am unable to have kids right now and may never be able too) so i am so stressed i cannot even function regularly and used to go to the gym but with my back injury i am not sure i can go quite yet and i am going stir crazy while being dead tired what can i do

This is a good start...you're venting...

You're taking it all in, but not letting any out...but you mentioned another good starting point: The gym.

Even for an hour, twice a week...gentle days to avoid hurting the back muscles...treadmill, swim, or just a sauna.

The point is it will provide an hour of Me-time to clear your head...create a plan of attack for a few of the stresses, and this can do wonders for getting the brain-fog to settle down a bit.
"Out of sight, out of mind" really works...just getting out of the house for an hour gives you a chance to organize the rest of your day...which is impossible when you're in the middle of a chaos tornado.

Most every town has it's share of teenage girls who need pocket money, and are hoping to find simple, part-time jobs like baby-sitting...Your daycare license may not allow them to work directly with the children, but they can help with the puppies for a few dollars an hour...and if the parents don't object, and it doesn't violate local laws, they can handle reading stories and potty trips to cut your work-load in half with the kids.

Should you adopt, you may want to consider giving the puppies to good homes...children love puppies, and they're not really much work, but any extra time you can squeeze out of your day for special Mom time will be valuable.

The key is your frame of mind...
Do what you love, and love what you do

...and dropping by the gym for an hour may be just the ticket to get your composure back in check.

Get rid of all of your dogs...then reduce the number of kids you take care of so you have some time to yourself.

I dont really know what to tell u but why not hire some workers (more if u already have) to help u out with the daycare? It could be tempoary workers just untill u get yourself back on track. If u do this u may have less to worry about things and actually have some time to relax. And i do hope u can be able to adopt that kid i really do. Well best of luck to u and take care bye.

Cut your day care hours way too much. You are going to run yourself down and get sick
