What can I do if I cannot obtain immunization records which have been requested by a Culinary School? |
I'm applying to due to being in a sanitorium(tuberculosis) as a child for 2 yrs -age 2 - 4 and then placed in numerous foster homes until the age of 7 and then lastly being adopted by a neglectful aunt and uncle (deceased)whom never took me to the doctor anyway? I don't know the name of any of the organizations involved in my care as a child. If you know where you were born or resided from ages 0-7, you can contact the County Health Department in this area. they should have a record of your immunizations. If not, the school should have a vaccinaiton schedule so you can get them done. there are also tests that can be done to see if you are immune to the viruses. Get tested to see if you are immune, or you'll have to get the immunizations |
