Do you know about foot injuries? |
I dropped a car battery on my right foot in December 07 and im still signed off worked, im un-able to bear weight or apply pressure to my foot. I can't walk properly and my foot always feels cold but it feels fine when I touch it, even after a hot bath it still feels cold. I'm attending Physio and all they do is try to move it and tell me to soak in in hot/cold water. I have been x-rayed and there is no breakages, GP and Physio says its nerve/tendon damage... I have been referred for a MRI Scan. I'm really worried please help?? I dont want to be injured for any longer its driving me crazy!!! I'm always so active!!!! I feel like a different person, its driving me insane!!! How long have u been injured i have had something like this and it just takes like 2 weeks to walk good again but running and jumping that a different story. Just ice it down every day and keep your foot up. Hope this helps and your food is better soon. |
