If you have a foot injury and can't run for about two weeks do you get slower? What can you do to keep speed? |
I recently sustained a foot injury and I can't run, but I can sort of walk/limp around, I won't be able to run for about two weeks, and I want to know if I will get slower, and what I can do to maintain my speed while im injured? Your speed should be the same. Your conditioning and endurance will suffer however. |
