Foot injury after 3-mile run...what do I do?

I don't know what happened, but after running yesterday, the bottom of my foot, especially the arch, every time i put weight on my foot it really hurts...I iced it yesterday, and the pain hasn't gotten any better at all....any suggestions?

Get it X rayed, you may have a stress fracture.

After walking a long while in light shoes a few months back I developed a bruise on my heel - it was awful! I tried out the insoles below and it really helped ease the pain I was going through and they were worth it! You might as well get some orthopedic insoles, even if you don't use these - foot problems will certainly keep you from running!
