Foot Injury Help? |
Last march I missed a step going down stairs and all my weight went on my big toe and foot collapsed.(me being 6'4 250) I still have the irritation around my toe joint and swelling on the bridge of my foot(thats the only swelling though) Any ideas to what this could be? Its been so long since it happened any ideas for healing? Any info would b helpful. I'm up in arms right now. Thanks you should rest that foot in a bucket of hot (but not too hot) water. Put ice on were the swelling is. do foot streaches every day. lightly massage it. just do those things everyday sometimes even twice or more and you should be good. ice it so swelling will go down. i have traditional medecine from thailand for healing your foot pain, blend a ginger and compress at your foot. pain will be gone soon. |
