Foot Injury 2nd question??? |
Ok since i know i need an xray can i go to a doctor at a clinic to get my foot xrayed or does it have to be a hospital, my foot is swollen since wednesday due to my fall It all depends on what is available in your area. The walk-in clinic down the street has an x-ray service in suite. Try calling the clinic and find out if you they have a x-ray. You could also try calling your dr and see if he can give you a prescription for an x-ray before you go in to see him. Can't hurt to ask. No you have to go to a hospital and have it done the X ray machine is expencive and very few clinics will have access to one, you can always ring one or two to find out but i think its a trip to the hospital. You can go to a clinic and they can give you a referal but yes eventually you will have to go to a hospital to have the x-ray done. |
