Cardio with foot injury?

Can anyone think of any sort of cardio I can do with a hurt foot???

It healed for a month already, so I can stand on it and put some weight on it, but that's it.

I'm already gunna do weight training for my upper body and some abs and leg lifts... any other ideas of what I can do that would increase my heart rate more??

Thanks.

These are rare but there are stationary bikes that are made to pedal with your hands.

You can also try going in water over your head in some pool and treading water in place for as long as you can. Doin this for 30 min or so can be quite a workout for some depending on your condition.

These are old school but some gyms have rowing machines that you sit in and it mimicks the excercise rowers do (mostly a college sport now I think) rowing the oars of a boat which is great cardio.

If you have access to a pool you can workout in it. You have less pressure on the foot , because working out in water makes you almost weightless you get a good workout without the stress on your foot.
