Cardio with foot injury? |
Can anyone think of any sort of cardio I can do with a hurt foot??? These are rare but there are stationary bikes that are made to pedal with your hands. If you have access to a pool you can workout in it. You have less pressure on the foot , because working out in water makes you almost weightless you get a good workout without the stress on your foot. |
