Can someone tell me how to care for a foot injury due to smashing it into wall when passing by it?

Can someone tell me how to care for a foot injury due to smashing it into wall when passing by it?

Ice it, and keep it raised above heart, no tight shoes, and take it easy.

My advice would be not to smash your foot into a wall. But sometimes these things happen and yes, raising the foot definately helps, especially when trying to sleep! Report It
