My right foot & toes have been cold for several days. Wearing 3 pairs of socks isn't helping. What's wrong?

My left foot feels a bit cool, but not freezing like my right one is.
I have had no injury to my foot to have caused this. Do I need to contact my doctor or can anyone tell me what the cause may be?

If I were you I would seek a doctor. My feet are always cold too, but not one worse than the other, and it didn't just come on overnight. It was a process getting the poor circulation, and yours sounds kind of strange just because it came on so quick. I wouldn't panic or anything, but I would definitely seek a doctors opinion. Hope all is well!!

Yes. Poor circulation.

I have the exact same problem. Doesn't matter what I do...they're always ice cold...they are as I type this. It's probably poor circulation...

I would contact your doctor just to make sure that there aren't any serious medical conditions that are causing that. I have the same problem with my hands and feet and mine is just due to low blood pressure and poor circulation. But I would still suggest you do just to make sure there aren't any underlying conditions.

You MAY have a PAD a medical condition that does cause your feet to be cold because of poor blood circulation. I have PAD and my feet and legs are always cold. As you only have it in one foot, it may be a blood clot. In either case, you need to see a doctor before you lose the foot.

It may be poor circulation. A retired Army person once told me before that she kept her toes/feet warm while on guard duty one winter by wiggling her toes. She's right, wiggling your toes and feet increases some circulation towards your feet. If symptoms persist consult with your physician.
