After a bone fracture in the foot, am I more suseptable for re-injury? |
I fractured my foot 5 years ago. In the future can I expect re injury, arthritis, or any kind of pain associated with it? If so what activities should I avoid I believe that you should just take it in stride. I fractured my wrist 4 yrs ago and it has not caused me pain or restricted any activities although it does crack when I move it around. You should make sure that all of the muscles surrounding it are strong before you resume normal activities. Also if you notice a change go and see your doctor. Good luck! |
