My left foot hurts when i walk? No injury? |
My left foot hurts on the left side near the heal. Its not my shoes, cause it hurts with all my shoes and bare-footed. When i put pressure to it with my hand, it does not hurt at all. There is no blister or bruise or mark on it. When people walk, they lift up their foot when they put there other foot down. When i lift up my other foot, that is when it starts hurting. I am going to go to the doctor, but the appointment is in like 5 more days. Does anyone know why my foot is hurting? ? ? ? maybe a fallen arch? mine was hurting like that for a while and thats what my chiropracter told me. then it stopped. yes, you may of twisted it while doing a phisycal activity. Possibly heel spurs. Try ibuprofen (Advil) until that time. It will help with inflammation. Possible plantar fascitis - in other words inflamation of a band of connective tissue on the bottom of you foot. Aww u poor thing! ill bet u steped on a piece of glass or somthing sharp that went inside your foot! is it have black or purple or brown or darkish kind of color spot there? |
