Do detox foot patches really help remove toxins from the body and improve health? |
I saw the commercial and would like to try them but am wondering if anyone else out there has any experience with them, negative or positve? They are so expensive...why not try Epsom salts in the bath instead...you should get the same or more benefit at a fraction of the cost. Eating healthily, drinking filtered water and lots of fruit smoothies and preferably organic produce can all help....and of course staying away from toxins...especially cigarette smoke. NO toxin remover would give much benefit if this was not accompanied by a healthy eating plan and also exercise. No No. It's a scam. You cannot remove "toxins" with a stupid foot patch. They are more about removing money from your wallet than toxins from your feet. They really don't make any sense at all. |
