Does bad smell affect your health?

Does bad smell affect your health? (not poisonus smell.) but for example, Stinky foot, Trash can and etc.

i guess it would be a chance if there were germs or bacteria IN the smell or odor... but when i think of it.. bad smells are everywhere... even flowers... doesn't mean you can get sick off it...
i know what you mean, but my answer is no.

(you can get sick off good smells too!: too much? i was at a place some time ago and it was just a test to see if you could spot the artficial lemon odor compared to natural... the smell was fine but it gave me a big headache! :s.. lol)

Sometimes it may do. Maybe the germs will travel by the air and then u get sick. Anyways, it is very rare and by the way, not all bad smells are harmful ( like smoke it is harmful and cigerrates' smell )
