Foot Cramps?


Hey, I often get foot cramps especially when I am straining to pull something heavy or have been running for a while, they are incredibly annoying. I have tried changing my shoes for running but it has made no difference. Is there anything I can do- exercises or foods to eat that could help stop this. I am in reasonable health otherwise.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

bananas, they have potassium. Potassium helps with muscle cramps. So ladies you can also eat them for your monthly cramps as well. So I would say eat 3 a day, that should be good enough

Try eating bannanas. THye seem to help you not get so many.
