I'm not very active and I eat less than 1000 calories a day. It's not intentional, I just don't get hungry and get full really quickly. You must have a very low metabolic rate to be able to survive on such a low calorie intake. Most people consume at least double your calorie intake. The lack of activity would worry me more than the lack of calories. Your weight vs. height isn't out of line. |
