I have poor circulation in my hands and feet,will this cause me to have any health problems?

What causes poor circulation?

It rather depends upon your age, and medical condition.
However, poor circulation alone is the sign that something is amiss, and I would highly recommend seeing your doctor.

Poor circulation can be caused by Congestive Heart Failure. You really dont give enough of a health history, so I cannot answer the question appropriately.

poor circulation can be casued by smoking, poor diet and excerise, or from your genes......poor circultaion is one of the major casues of stroke..talk to you doctor about stps you can take to fix the problem.
