Health..getting burning sensation in hands sometimes and numbness on hand and feet.This indicates what?

I am forty,female. Since a month, getting sudden burning sensation in both the hands, especially palms and numbness on feet and hands when I lie down or sit in the same position even for 10 mts.

Im alot younger and i also have that, its normal . you blocked some of the blood that was trying to pass through, dunt worry.. it goes back 2 normal.
