Considering my health.? |
Actually i need help regarding my health. I'm 17 now. But my weight is only 52. My height is around 6 feet but I'm too thin.I want to gain some weight. Eat lots of wholemeal bread/pasta/rice with lots of protein, chicken, eggs, tofu etc. Do pranayam as taught by Baba Ram Dev on Aastha Channel as he says, the too thin will gain weight. So here is the solution, start right now. Eat four bananas everyday for a month and check your weight. eat healthy food, but not fatty in order to increase weight. do not try to increase your weight as long as you are having no health problem because of low weight. Just eat nutritious food, no junk, no oily and no buttery. do bath yoga. |
