Ok im 5 foot 8 and 9 stone 1 so for the first time in my life im within normal weight but i have one problem?

that im getting really annoyed at, while the rest of my body is getting into a nice proportion my stomach is just awful. it seems to just stick out a mile and a few people have even pointed it out to me. im getting really self concious about it and have started doing some pilates and sit ups just on my stomach area. But when i was younger i used to have an eating disorder so i dont want to slip back into my old ways of not eating and exercising obsessively, which is worrying me incase i do becuase im starting to think about cutting out meals again just becuase my stomach is so huge. its not like my waist is even big it only measures around 28 inches but then u go up to my stomach and it sticks out a mile. does anyone have any advise on ways i could get it flatter or as to why its sticking out so much? any adivse would be much appreciated thanks

With that, it could be just genetic, but even with bad genes you can still get into shape, All I would suggest is to do cardio 4-5 times a week, for about 35-45 min each time. Try doing jump roping to, its somthing you can do indoors, in front of the tv, and it burns calories more then running. And to follow it up with clean eating of course, try sticking to freash fruits and veggies, and if you eat meat, make sure that it is white meat only.

yea e-mail me so we can talk bout it into more detail ruthy_and_david @hotmail.com

It always freaks me out when people say "Yeah, e-mail me so we can talk about it further." It's like they're internet predators or something.

Anyway, back to your problem. I think you are doing the right thing by still eating (make sure it's healthy), and by doing sit ups and pilates. Try walking and/or jogging every day, too. That works your leg muscles, and your abs (the reason you get sitches in your side when you run too long.).

Good luck, doll.

That could be alot of things. You should try Dr. Natura's Colonix, Ive heard alot of good stuff about it, I want to try it myself. Good Luck
