I NEED to gain weight, should i just throw caution to the wind and eat what I want on Thanksgiving?


I am recovering from a slight eating disorder, im 16, 5 foot 6, 104 lbs. i need to gain about 15-20 lbs. i still find myself anxious about all the food that will be at thanksgiving today, should i just go for it and eat what i want, being as i can afford it? thanks a lot!

just eat what you want! its thanksgiving your definetly skinny. im only 5'1 and im 14 and you only weigh like 4 more punds than me . you are really skinny , so just eat what u want!!!

If you are needed to gain weight, then I don't see a problem with eating what you want. Go for it!

i have no idea what thanksgiving is, must be american huh
but anyway surely if u wanted to gain weight u could gain it anytime and not just on one particular day?

For the short term, there's no caution to be had if you need to gain weight...

Use your weekend break to determine how best (health-wise) to go about gaining weight in the long run.

Hint: McDonald's = fail @ healthy weight gain.

why do you need to gain 15-20 lbs. that seems unnecessary. i am your height and 1/2 stone less (7lbs) and don't look too thin. i'm sure you're fine
