Please PLEASE ANSWER!!?


im worried i mite have a binge disorder and i would rather kill myself then have that disorder!! im about 90 pounds im 5 foot 0 inches and im 12 years old.... i have around 2,000 calories each day, im moderatly active and im trying to lose weight i snack A TON and id like to get rid of this disorder if anyone has any tips PLEASE PLEASE HELP!?!?

i mostly eat healthy foods

Hi I do not think you have a big eating dissorder none the less just start adding one thing to your meal a day keep doing it until you have the right amount of food .Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater and your bmi is ....17.6 hope this helps!!

Why are you trying to lose weight. You need to be gaining weight

OH GAWD! honey, you don't need to lose weight! no problem with trying to be healthy so keep that up but try to have healiter snacks. don't look at you're body so negatively. Put on clothes that fit you well and look in the mirror and say "dang, i'm hot", that should help =] haha

2000 calories a day is normal. In fact, if you look at the nutrition facts on any food, it will say that it's based on a 2000 calorie a day diet. you're fine.

you don't have a eating disorder, seriously! you're fine. you might try eating more protein and then you won't have a constant craving for snackfood, if you eat alot of protein your body won't even be hungrey for snackfood and you'll feel a lot better to. seriously though hun, you don't have an eating disorder!

Insted of eating lots of big meals
Just have some small healthy meals.
And ur weight is fine at da moment
