10 DAYS to lose as much weight as I can!?!? |
I ned the best way to lose as much weight as i can in 10 days! help people please..okay i know i need to go to the gym, eat right, and drink water..but more info please. :) I think my face's been getting kinda bigger over the summer, and i dont want to go back to school with people thinking ive gained weight or anything talk to your doctor...they can help you get organized with the perfect exercise/diet plan to meet your goals and still maintain healthy habits. you dont need to loose weight... 5'2 115 pound, you are perfect. Just like you said exercise and keep your body toned. you don't need to loose any weight i really dont see why you need to lose weight.. i am 15, 5'0 and like 125 well from your height/weight it doesnt sound like you need to lose a pound. well 105 pounds sounds good for 5'2..I dont think you need to lose 10 lbs but if u insist, then exercise 30 min daily (cardio, aerobic, walking, etc) and eat more fruit and vegetables. I don't think that you would need to loose weight. There are plenty of women out there that are shorter and have more weight than you do.
